Good Day Support,

I WOULD NEED YOUR URGENT ASSISTANT RIGHT AWAY!!!!!! OUR WEBSITE IS CURRENTLY DOWN WHICH WAS CAUSED WHEN I TRIED TO UPLOAD THE NEW PLUGINS ( https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ) THAT ARE NOW AVAILABLE VIA YOUR WEBSITE. NOW THAT I WOULD LIKE TO GAIN ACCESS TO WP-ADMIN OR THE WEBSITE SELF I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR MESSAGE (SEE IN PRIVATE).

CAN YOU CHECK THIS ASAPPPPP?????? ALSO THE FTP CREDENTIALS GRANTED FOR THE WEBSITE IN ORDER TO UPDATE THE THEME AS WELL TO THE LATEST VERSION. THIS WAY I DONT GET THESE TYPE OF ERRORS OR DELAYS …

Thanks Robert. It worked. Can you also update the wordpress theme to the latest version?

This way I can rest assure that it will not bring problems again ..
