Website dashboard not accessible after updating the plugin

    our website dashboard is not accessible after updating the Pugin. there is a notification about an issue with the “et-core-plugin” plugin.
    Would you please take a look
    I tried to delete the pulgin and reinstall it but it still giving the same error
    the log in information provided at private content area

    – **Error:** Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    – **Error:** Could not connect to server

    To assist you further and resolve the issue, we kindly request that you provide valid and functional FTP access in the private content area. This will allow us to establish a connection and proceed with addressing your concern.

    For your reference, we have included an image in the private content area. Please note that we are using FileZilla to connect to the FTP server.
