I am using .webp image for my product picture. In single product page the zoom facility of product gallery doesn’t work with .webp image. if i use jpg or png zoom facility works fine.

    Hello,

Could you, please, provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

    Regards

    Hello,

We checked the issue with the default Storefront theme and it also did not work. webp format is not allowed in WP by default. So, we installed Support WebP and regenerated thumbnails. After that zoom works fine. Check the products.

    Regards
