the error say: C’è stato un errore durante l’aggiornamento di XStore: Il pacchetto non può essere installato. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Please follow next steps:
– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– re-enter purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issue.

Or do the update manually via ftp – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/

It seems you do not want to do an update manually via FTP. In this case please provide temporary wp-admin access and your purchase code via the Private Content area, so we try this solution https://prnt.sc/_sYQ64DPD_Az on your site.
