This particular issue is coming from 3 days and this particular happen twice before but it was fixed by it self last time but this time error is keep coming, I have alredy provided FTP Login and wp – login to you

I spoke to my hosting provider they said this issue is occurred because of theme, we have changed the php version, increased the Memory, switch the dns and shifted to cloudflare, reconfigure the ssl done everything now from my side also hosting side. issue is occurring from the theme

I am experiencing same issue please there should be a resolution on this issue it’s getting to frequent and it’s delaying my work I can’t work because xstore api not connecting to theme now how do I tell my team it’s not my fault

Please submit your own thread – https://www.8theme.com/forums/xstore-wordpress-support-forum/ and provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

that problem has been solved by my hosting provider

but new problem has been arrived now
