    Hello, everytime I am trying to update the theme and core plugin my website is going in “maintenance” or it shows “critical error on this site.” after deactivating plugin website becomes live. I am unable to access the frontend and backend of the website,
    It has happened twice already. please check what the issue is happening. please look into it urgently

    Please provide FTP access, not to cpanel. To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

    In order to identify the issue on your site, we kindly ask you to enable debug mode in WordPress, as per the instructions provided in the following link: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/. This will help to determine what needs to be fixed.
