Check how emails work when our email builder is disabled (XStore > Email Builder).
Also, check how it works when no XStore theme is activated, but a default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes).
Let us know the results of the tests.
We strongly recommend that you create a complete backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.
If the issue continues regardless of the theme being used, it suggests that the problem may not be related to the theme itself.

AFTER HARD TRIES AND RESEARCH, I FEEL LIKE STUCKED.
PLZ HELP ME HERE ARE SOME SCREENSHOTS OF DIFFERENT PAGES. I LINKED MAILCHIMP FORM ID IS ALSO SAME. STILL COULDNT RECIEVE ORDER EMAILS.

In case the mail function is disabled, we recommend using the WP Mail SMTP plugin to send emails. You can find the plugin here: [WP Mail SMTP](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/).
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with temporary WP-Admin access to review your settings. To do so, please create a new user account with an administrator role via your WordPress Dashboard.
