WCAG Background Header colour not changing

    Hi.
    I’m on my way to configurate the template. As I seen II’m not able to change WCAG Top Header, Main Header background colours on Deskop Version, neither on Mobile. What am I doing wrong ?
    I have update version to 9.2.4 but Status shows 9.2.1

    Thank you for the quick reply.
    I don’t know if we understood each other correctly, but I wanted to change the color of the MENU bar that appears at the top when scrolling down the page. The MENU bar at the top of the main page is OK, the colors change correctly, but when visitor scrolls down the page, the main bar disappears and a second one appears, which has the different colors as the main one. Unfortunately, I don’t know which setting is responsible for this

    Please record a video of the problem for a better understanding. Upload it on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with URL.
