WC PayPal Pro Hosted Solution - by phototruck

Hello the team,

I have a new problem with my website.

I have installed the plugin WC PayPal Pro Hosted Solution (Paypal ask me to do it to use Paypal Integral Evolution).
I appears well on my dashooard and I can select this payment method on my order page.

However when I click on the order button I have an error message :
“Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

I have contacted Paypal and all is ok for them.
I have contacted the plugin author and all is ok for him too.
I’ve sent them logs of the debug mode.

They tell me that the problem should come from the theme.

That’s why I’m here.

Hello,

The problem isn’t related to the theme.
If you switch to default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen) you’ll get the same error.
Internal Server Error is related to server configuration.

You have to contact your hosting provider support to investigate this issue.
