  Hi there, Please check these 2 screenshots. I want to add this option on my single product page. Is this type of option already available on Xstore theme? If not available then I please add this feature asap.

  You can use this product single layout http://prntscr.com/mio53e. And add Static Blocks for sidebar http://prntscr.com/mio57o -> http://prntscr.com/mio59b
