    Dear Support,

If I enable W3 Total Cache the menu items with classes:
    menu-full-width menu-column2 with-image
doesn’t display the image, only white screen appears.

I have disabled the caching plugin for now, but it speeds up my website so I would like to use it in the future.

Please see category Damske or Panske from MENU.

    Regards,
    Peter.

    Hello,

    We can’t connect via FTP.
    Please check the credentials.
Also please update all required plugins to the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

This has nothing to do with the required plugins.

The FTP uses GeoBlocking by my hosting, can you share with me, where you reside?

    The issue is:
If I enable W3 Total Cache the image from Damske and Panske is missing. So there is only a white space, and no background-image is loaded.

    Hello,

Some plugins may create conflict between each other and it’s required to keep them updated.
So please update the plugins to the latest versions.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
