  Hello,
  when I use w3 cache and add a product to the cart and then open another page or just reload it shows 0 next to the cart icon.

  Hello,

  Theme Options > Speed Optimization > Always Load Wc-Cart-Fragments > On. Clear all cache and check how it works then.
