Visual/Text tab frozen when creating product on Woocommerce

Hello,

When I try to add a new product through Woocommerce the “Visual” and “Text” tab do not work on the “Description” and “Short Description” areas. They both are stuck on “visual” and don’t click over to “text” to add code. I have sought help through the Woocommerce support but they have said Woocommerce isn’t the issue and it could possibly be theme related. Any help on this matter is greatly appreciated, thank you for your time.

Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.
