Visual Form Builder is no longer working

When we open up the plugin it just sits and loads and load and loads.. This wanst always the case but right now we cant get it to work. We contacted Godaddy and they said to contact you.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

You need update the plugin via FTP, download it here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ , connect to your site via FTP, go to wp-content/plugins directory and overwrite the existing “js_composer” folder with a new version.

Hello,

You’re using old theme version and other plugins are outdated too.

Before update theme delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to make backup of the site before update.

Here is video tutorial how to update theme.

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

Also you can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

Hello, I’ve the same problem. I’d download visual composer, upload via ftp overwriting old folder. But I still have the problem. Inside a page I can’t see the box to edit …

As I see you’re using old theme (1.4) and plugins version.

Please update the theme to the latest version.

Update the plugin via FTP https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
(without purchase code ehm.. ?! )
But I don’t understand where I can find new theme to upload…
