You use old version of Visual Composer plugin. Please update to the latest.
You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
After updating plugin you need select all Content Types in Settings->Visual Composer.

Thank you, i have done this, but the page still isnt showing the content, so maybe something else is wrong?

You have some promblem with Custom.css file. When I deactived CSS in Theme Options->Custom CSS accordion on this page http://twilluk.uk/shopping-information/ start working.
