Visual Composter Not Showing on Static Blocks

My visual composer is not showing up on in Static Blocks. How do I fix this.

Hello,

Navigate to Setting->Visual Composer->General Settings->Content types and select all.

Thanks Robert. I have one other question. How do I size the feature image of a product correctly. I put a link down below so you can see what I’m talking about. I want the image to be the same width as the “Browse Wishlist” “Quick Bar” that shows on hover. Right now it is cropping the image so the width’s don’t match.

Hello,

You can change image sizes in wp-admin panel > Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab and set the dimensions for Catalog images. After that regenerate thumbnails with this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ as recommended by Woocommerce team.

I followed your directions, I have changed the settings and regenerated the thumbnails but the display is not changing. Please help!

Hello,

I’ve set default dimensions in Woocommerce > Settings > Products tab as described in our documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/woocommerce and regenerated thumbnails.
Now the image is shown fine.
Please check and clear your browser cache before.
