    Hi,

I am trying to figure out what is going on with Visual Composer…

I know you are not responsible for VC, but I was hoping to get some guidance on what may be causing my issue.

I add a new product using the backend editor, and I create my column layout and add a bit of raw HTML at the very top of the product, and then I add the rest of the content to the product. Once I save the product, it refreshes to only show the default text inside of the “Raw HTML” block to say “<p>I am a raw html block. <br/>Click edit button to change this html</p>”

    Any ideas?

If I want to edit my product, I have to click into “Classic Mode,” delete the raw HTML, copy it from the live page (using Inspect Element), re-add the raw HTML block, paste the code from the page and modify as needed.

I hope it’s just a bug, and I won’t have to do this every time I want to update a product…

    Thank you!

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
