Visual Composer Ultimate Addons HotSpot Module not working

Hello,

The Hotspot module in the Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer is not working. When I go into “Hotspot Item Settings” and try to set the position of the hotspot, the image that I am trying to use is not appearing. It just shows a gray box that says “image”. And on the frontend, the hotspot items are showing up all in random places all over the page. See page here:

Hello,

You’re using old theme version.
Update it to 2.9.2 version.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/woopress/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

thank you. i followed the directions you provided and updated the theme, but the problem persists. please see image.

Hello.

I activated default WordPress theme and the same effect is showing there too.
So the problem is related to “Ultimate Addons for VC” plugin.
We recommend you to ask the plugin authors regarding this issue via comments section https://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-addons-for-visual-composer/6892199/comments
