Visual Composer stuck at loading - by Berlin Sianipar

    Hi. I just bought your theme. Please send me updates for Visual Composer, Ultimate Addon for VC and Master Slider. Also, when I edit the frontpage with Visual Composer, it stuck on loading screen. I can’t edit the page.

    Edit: I install the theme variation: Interior. The row which show Company Partners like your demo here: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=15184&et_styles=0-0-0-1-0-3 is also not shown.

    Somehow editing the frontpage via dashboard is working fine. But when clicking “Edit with Visual Composer” from the admin bar, VC is stuck at loading screen.

    Also, if I want to make a row for “Our Loyal Customers” which shows only company logos without links, what elements in VC should I use?

    Sorry for noob questions. I haven’t touch WordPress backend for a while and now I’m confused with theme and VC’s complexity.

    Hello,

    We’ve sent the plugins to your email address. Please check it.
    Unfortunately there is a bug in frontend editor of Visual Composer and we recommend you to use backend editor instead.
    To display company logos you need create them as brands in Products > Brands and use Brands element in VC editor.
