Visual composer static block mistake - by sushidope

good morning. I installed the visual composer plugin mailchimp addon, the problem is that when I’m on a page I can insert the container form, and inside the various modules.
while I would like to insert it in the footer and from the visual composer the form container disappears !! how can I do?

why in the prefooter i can use it and in the footer no??
and how can i use the pre footer?
