Hi, when I add an image using the Single Image Visual Composer block, it does not retain the link I place for it (link that should open when image is clicked). It just does not get saved no matter what.

    Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version 2.9.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

If the issue still persists please provide us with FTP credentials.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    May we reupload parent theme?
Have the changes been made only in the child theme?

    Best regards,

    Hello,

I’ve reuploaded theme files. Please check Visual Composer editor now. I renamed your style.css to style.css_old in wp-content/themes/ul directory.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

I reuploaded vc.php file in wp-content/themes/ul/framework directory. Please check Visual Composer editor again.
I removed separate row and added Widgetised Sidebar element prepending Text bock in the column http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0907/h_1441648670_5917600_7b58ac2a73.png . Now the gap is removed. Clear browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hi,

    1) we had rename back the theme to “legenda”, but doesn’t work also.

    2) reverting back to the original “Twenty Fifteen” had avoided the bug issue, so problem not with visual composer plugin also

    3) we had try deactivate all plugin except visual composer, cant work also, so plugin conflict is ruled out too.

    any help please?

    Hi Jack,

I think you still doesn’t understand what i mean.

In summary, your special vc.php files is DIFFERENT from the vc.php in the version theme download package. Although your special fix solve the single images issue, but with future update, it will be overwrite and the problem will come back again. Also, with this fix, all the layout is wrong, extra padding is adding to all column.

Do see this screen for what i meant

Screen 1, original v2.9 vc.php files, single image cannot be save, but no problem with layout
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/um8b2saqf9spko1/screen_150909.1_part1.jpg?dl=0

Screen 2, special vc.php files, single image CAN be save, but layout is screw up
    https://www.dropbox.com/s/30mwr6yai94z9t6/screen_150909.1_part2.jpg?dl=0

Probably from here can advise further?

    Hello,

The edited vc.php file will be added to the new theme version too, so you’ll have it after theme update. You can remove extra padding values in the row settings.

    Hi Eva,

I do not what to remove the extra padding now, then have to add in the padding value again with the next update.

It is very obvious this fix have problem. Probably you can provide a total solution instead of a quick fix?

I’m pretty sure the extra padding is a mistake in this vc.php file.
been trying all the different version of legenda and there is no such error.

downgrading visual composer plugin to a lower version seem to solve the problem.

Apparently the theme is having conflict with the latest version of visual composer 4.7
