Visual composer row backgrounds not showing

Hi, Please can you help me. I have added a visual composer background (parallax) to a row on the homepage, behind where it says ‘Looking for the ideal Christmas gift’. But it is not showing, I have tried deleting the row an re-adding but no joy. I have also disabled all plug-ins but still no joy, so must be a theme conflict. Please can you take a look ASAP, as this site is to go live tomorrow?
