    Hello,

Yesterday i installed the latest version of the theme, and ran into a problem we’ve already had – the main page will only show the top drop down menu bar and the background, nothing else. Inspecting the page shows a lot of source code, but it’s not being visualized properly. Last time it was the VC version not being compatible with the theme version. Following the instructions from last time i unpacked the VC zip from the “framework” folder and uploaded it to wp-content/plugins as to update it.
However, this time it still doesn’t work…

    Any ideas?

    Site is at http://www.dobiart.fr

    Hello,
we have reuploaded Visual Composer plugin and installed Woocommerce 2.3.9.
There was some incompatibility with old Woocommerce plugin.
Right now we have activated all required + WPML plugins and everything works good. We recommend you to update all third-party plugins that you want to use to latest version and then activate them.

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

The site is not working again, same problem as this morning. I’ve only updated a translation file and enabled Revslider and Screetch Chat…

    Hello,

The problem was caused by Wishlist plugin. I’ve deactivated it and now your site is working.
Please clear browser cache and check.

Hmm, that’s strange…Is that’s the YITH Wishlist plugin, that’s causing the problem?

Everything seems fine now, without YITH Wishlist enabled.
Do you think in the future the wishlist will work again?

    Hello,
My visual composer stopped working and is asking me for a Visual Composer License Key in order to activate the plug in. Could you please advise how I can find this key!?

Also, I get this message which I’m not sure is related to this issue: “Your theme has bundled outdated copies of WooCommerce template files. If you notice an issue on your site, this could be the reason. Please contact your theme developer for further assistance. You can review the System Status report for full details or learn more about WooCommerce Template Structure here.”
Please advise on what to do about this issue as well!

    Thanks,
    Anna

    Hello @AnnaVJohnson,

    1) All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them.
This plugins work fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us.
Just ask and we’ll send you current version. We update plugins with theme updates time to time so with each next theme update, plugins will be also updated.
The option with registering of these plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allow you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from author if you need.
You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.

    2) You need not worry about this message. It does not affect the performance of your site.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall.
