My visual composer is not working. When I click on edit with VC the little icon just continues to run endlessly.

What theme version are you using?
Please update the theme to 2.2 version.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!
(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same).

The theme is on version 2.2.

I’ve checked VC editor and it’s working fine now.
Please clear browser cache and check.

We have cleared our browser but the visual composer still not working. Neither on IE or Chrome

As soon as we try to go in the Frontend Editor, this is what happens. See attached screenshot.

Also if I scroll down at the backend of the front page this is what I get.

Please take our apologies, but we can’t replicate the issue as on your screenshots. Please try to check editor in different browsers and with different Internet providers.
Also provide us with login credentials to wp-admin panel under which you’re entering WP Dashboard.

I didn’t mean to change hosting provider, but try to check backend editor with different Internet provider.

Our MD requested that we move over to another theme as we have deadlines to meet. He’s point of view is that it should not take so much time to get a theme up and running. Pivotel owns 3 company’s and they all need new websites. Please gat back to me regarding this request.

Hi, I must also mention that it did work previously but inbetween all the reloading it has stopped working on our side, could it be something on the FTP Account.
