VIsual Composer not working - by mothpre

I installed “Instant Articles” pugling from FB but the box was not showing, so I updated WP and Legenda Theme, reinstalled Instant Articles and it work, the box was showing, but after this visual composer stop working.

I reinstalled Visual Composer after deleting it, twice and other more through FTP, and now neither visual composer nor Instant articles box are working.

Hello,

Sorry, but we don’t provide support for 3-rd party plugins as it’s out of our support scope.
So, try to disable such plugins and install the latest version of Visual Composer plugin -https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/

Greetings.

I am talking about visual composer I am just describing the situation with the other plugin to explain to you the situation in case the problem comes from there.

I would like to receive some support as the other people does even if it is a 3-rd party plugin the one that causes the problem.

I already disable the “instant articles” plugin and the problem remains, so I installed the Visual Composer you linked me and reintalled Instant Articles and its working

Hi,

What do you meant Visual Composer is not working? I created a dummy page with the Visual Composer named “Test” http://YOURWEBSITE.com/mainsite/wp-admin/post.php?post=29087&action=edit and it works without any issue.

If that is wrong, can you give us the steps to recreate the issue, so that we can try to help you with the issue.
