  Hi there,

  i just installed royal theme, everything looks fine except for the visual composer. i am trying to edit my home page, but when i click “edit page”, the visual composer shows up but not the elements that usually come up. when i tried to edit on the front end it doesnt work as well.

  i was looking through the forum, some people have been saying firefox solves this. i have downloaded firefox but doesnt seem to solve the problem.

  could you look into it for me?

  when i try to add a new page and add an element, the elements will show, but i am unable to click it. for example, i can see the option text block but cannot click it to make it appear on the site.

  hi there,

  i managed to resolve the issue by updating my visual composer to version 4.11. to anyone who may be facing same problem, can download from 8theme your account > plugins update > visual composer
