Visual Composer not updating - by samphai

Hi
I am not able to update Visual Composer, i even tried to use my purchased licence and it does not work.

you can find latest versions of bundled plugins at our downloads section: http://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

After downloading please update via FTP.

I have already the latest version. Do i simply replace the files via FTP?
