Visual Composer not showing features - by Marcel Weber

Hello theme-team,

We have a question concerning the VC. We updated to the latest version by downloading from 8themes (VC version 4.6.2) and in the plugin-section in WordPress it shows that this version is activated. Unfortunately if we compare the VC features we see that not all the features seem to be available. E.g. the ‘Stretch row and content’ option for rows is not available.

Please help and – if needed – take a look by using the login provided.

Hello Jack,

Thanks for your quick reply. Please find FTP credentials underneath. Seems like we see an older version of the VC whereas it says in the WP-plugins section that the latest is running…

Good morning 8theme-team,

Could you please have a look at ‘our’ Visual Composer as we’ve installed the latest version but it seems like an older version is running so that we can’t make use of all the latest features (e.g. the stretch row and content option). Your help is much appreciated.

Hello,

We’re sorry for a delay.

Our developers will modify theme functions in the next release and you’ll be able to use Visual Composer options. Meanwhile it can’t be changed.
