Visual composer not loading - by pirrus82

Hello this is the second time i buy this theme.

I am having trouble editing pages.

I go to pages>home-FRONTPAGE … the page opens but the visual composer doesnt open at all… thrs a just a loading wheel that turns and when its done loading, nothing appears.

Can you please help me. I am a newbie

Hi,

I think you are using visual Massive AddOn plugin which is incompatible with the front end Visual Composer.
That should be updated by that plugin author.

disable the Massive AddOn and use the front end editor.
After you finish with front end editor acitavate the Massive AddOn again..

or simply use the back end editor

No, I don’t see massive addon anywhere.

How can I get this working?

how do i install them… I’m looking at the folders and its content.. .what do i select to install .. where do i got to install.

its taken about a week to get this point with you guys… please help

Sorry for the delay. Royal PSD you may find on Download page http://prntscr.com/gmhbdo
To update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins).
To update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/
