My WP site is asking for the licence key for Visual Composer – where do I get this from or do I have to purchase the licence?

Hello,

our theme does not come with Visual Composer key because key is not needed to work with theme. Every new version of theme has latest version of Visual Composer plugin. Visual Composer key is needed only for premium support from plugin developer. We can send you latest version of Visual Composer (v4.4) on your email if you want.

I Bought the theme royal just recently , i set up the demo architecture and i trying to create my footer ,but in order to create the footer I know I have to go to Static Block section , but i cannot create the

footer because the visual composer is not showing in Static block.

instead i have this message see below , and i filled out the information with my

Hello,

you need to enable Visual Composer for Static blocks. You can do it in Dashboard > Settings > Visual Composer > General Settings > Content types > enable static block.

Im having a similar issue. Ive tried adding the details from the theme purchase but it is saying the licence key is incorrect and that i need to purchase ultimate add ons. VC isnt showing in posts or static blocks and im guessing this is the reason why.

Hello @josh_gaskin,

Please read the previous post #51579 of my colleague. He described how to enable Visual Composer editor for other admin sections.
All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

Dear Team

i am using the legenda theme 2.6.3 and have hit a limit on the number of menu items I can add.

I can get up to 90 items on my menu, and then it stops – I can add more, but when I click save menu, it reverts to the top 90 items.
