I have two issues:

1. I imported an XML and uploaded it and then tried to updated the information in Visual Composer and every element says undefined. And the options do not show up for editing?

2. How do I get updates for the preinstalled plugins

Hello,

You’re using very old theme and plugins. Please update them.
Don’t forget to make backup your site before updating.

You can download the latest plugins versions at this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ ,
enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins.
