    Hey support,

    just wondering if there is anything else to do than activating the latest wordpress and latest plugin versions from you plattform for this thing to work.

    Got the WP 4.5 with
    Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer v 3.16.1
    Visual Composer v 4.11.2

    and this thing is loading infinite on Royal 2.6.

    Can you help as I have to start the page and want to use this great theme.

    Hi Eva,

    it seems that VC is working from the dashboard but not if you choose to work from the site with the black header bar and click “edit with visual composer”.
    The thing is, it is way more comfortable for me to work that way.
    Do you think you can support with that?

    Hello,

    The same thing persists with default WordPress theme too.
    So it’s related to VC plugin, not to the theme.
    Try to increase memory_limit value on a server (ask your hosting provider support to do this).

    Hi Jack,

    thanks for helping out. Changed the memory limit from 128mb to 192mb to 256mb to 368mb.

    Same result. Do you think this really the cause for the issue?

    As the issue persists with other themes too, you need ask VC authors about it. You can write your question in comments section http://codecanyon.net/item/visual-composer-page-builder-for-wordpress/242431/comments .

    Hi Eva,

    mmmmh ok, understand – but the feeling that I got is purchasing your theme and cannot work properly with it to edit the pages. I don’t wanted to ask that much for support before I even started setting everything up.

    Hello,

    According as to our company politics so to other developers on ThemeForest we don’t provide extending support or bugs fixes for 3rd-party plugins, even if they’re included in our theme. The problem persists with default WordPress theme too (activate Twenty Sixteen theme and check it yourself) and you have to ask plugin authors regarding this issue.

    Hi Eva,

    yes I understand what you mean and say. I know it’s difficult to include everything and you cannot serve on 3rd-party tools, thats natural. It’s just that frustrated feeling of not being able to go full speed with the theme.

    Thanks for explaining that. I added a comment in the section and see if they find the time to answer as fast and direct you do.

    If it is ok for you can you explain, why on that frontpage two icons are missing (Advertising to the left and Design A Logo to the right) and the colour of them is light blue instead of the main theme color.

    As I see no icon is selected http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/16/0421/h_1461244006_4978113_f04a54d22e.png .
    Set the icons and save the page.
    Light blue color is selected in the settings http://storage9.static.itmages.com/i/16/0421/h_1461244101_3728107_579c06d5d1.png . Change it to your color.
