Visual composer does not work and is blocking the admin and front of the website

    Hi,

    First I have to congratulate the great job with the Legend Theme. This amazing and really missing 1% to stay perfect.

    After several installations and tests found that the visual composer plugin drilling down on the admin and this site.

    I have a license of the visual composer and tried to turn the site thinking that this could be the problem but also did not succeed, the error continues.

    I would ask of you to help with this problem.

    Below is the information for access to the site and also to ftp.

    As I see your home page is empty. Do you have installed demo date page?

    I believe that something is blocking the ajax in the admin and the site. I activate the visual composer and I can not work anymore.

    Could you please clarify us with more details what exactly you can’t to perform. We can’t see any problems with Visual Composer plugin on your site.

    Hi,

    Add new brand in the product (not working) page.

    Create new slide with Revolution slide (“Ajax Error! Error”)

    Edit products at home (not working).

    These are some problems

    Hello,

    There are few errors with scripts in console ( Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) see screenshot)

    Very likely they caused your issue. Please, check if these files exist and permissions for them.

    Hi Eva,

    I think the problem is solved. There was error in permissions admin-ajax.php, it was correct. The problem was the amount of available memory it was small. After increasing the amount of memory everything is ok.
