Topic: VISUAL COMPOSER DOES NOT WORK

Hello, Visual Composer plugin is not working. I have tried reinstalling the theme many times nut it still not works.

It either does not show anything when you click edit page with backend editor (printscreen 1) or it stucks at loading when you click to edit with frontend editor (printscreen 2)

Hello,

I can’t see your screenshots. Please check.
Make sure that you use latest versions of required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
If after plugins update the problem won’t be solved. Please provide temporary wp-admin access in Private Content.

I could not upload the files.

In the past i remember your support team was sending me a link to upload screenschots.

Hello,

You need to update plugins on site (to update free plugins just click on update link from your Dashboard (Plugins > Installed Plugins); to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/).

i cannot find the plugin’s folder in the theme folder.

i can only find this theme-> plugins -> et post types. Should it be somewhere else?

Where can i find CodeCanyon Visual Composer license key?

Hello,

You need to find plugins folder in wp-content folder, not in the theme folder.
