Visual composer and essential grid not working

since last 3 days nothing is working
have tried fresh installation from scratch 3 times but end result is same
kindly get the theme running fast or else i shall have to return it and go for another theme from someone else as your support is very slow.

Any update?
How long do I have to wait to get it working? It has already been 3 days and I’ve been able to do nothing with this template. I bought this custom-tuned eCommerce theme to get my website up and running without wasting any time but so far my experience has been not good!

Hello,

You have low values for the functions post_max_size, upload_max_filesize and memory_limit. So please ask your host to increase them (post_max_size, upload_max_filesize to 30M, memory_limit to 96M). After that we’ll help you to install the theme data.

Sorry we’ll not be able to make any changes to the server. The Memory size (64MB) is standard for all shared hosting accounts.
As far as file size and post max size are concerned, our host says that 2 MB is standard for all, besides that they’ve asked us to make any changes via FTP.
Kindly issue a refund immediately and oblige.

Hello,

We tried to install demo content manually via Tools > Import, but unfortunately got this error:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes).
Are you unable to move your hosting account to higher plan?
Such values that are currently set on a server don’t allow to install base demo data.
Other clients that use Woopress theme are able to change post_max_size and upload_max_filesize and install theme data successfully.
So if you can please change your hosting plan to higher one.

We cant do that as our server doesnt allow that. I had a talk with my hosting support and he said that it wasnt an option.
You should have mentioned that this theme wont run on 64MB memory. If that would have been the case, then I wouldnt have selected this theme.

Do you have any other e-commerce theme that would run on my server specs? If yes, then kindly move us to that theme else issue a refund.

Hello,

Unfortunately we don’t exchange themes. If you want to use other theme you have to contact Envato support to give the theme back, and after that buy a new theme that you need.

You should create a grid in Ess. Grid section and then select it in “Essential Grid” element in Visual Composer editor. Please read their documentation http://essential.themepunch.com/documentation/#creating_your_first_grid .
