    Hi,

had a possible hack on my site which completely wiped everything and I had to resort it to an old back up. http://milkbarbreastpumps.com.au/

It’s possible one of the plugins allowed this to happen. The visual composer actually has a major security update, so thought it could be that as the theme is using 4.5 version but it needs to be 4.7.4 or higher to ensure that the security issue is resolved.

Anyway I had to reinstall all the plugins but it wont let me install an older version of visual composer, so I have to use the new version. However, I think the theme isn’t compatible with the new version? I cant click on any of the + signs or edit any of the sections on the page with visual composer?

Can you advise if your theme will be updated very soon to handle the new visual composer update?

In the mean time I restored everything, but the one thing that isn’t working is the post feed on the home page, doesnt show up with anything. Can you help with the plain ‘visual’ text code that should be here so I can get it working in the mean time (I cant edit it with the visual composer).

    what I have is:

    [vc_basic_grid post_type="post" max_items="3" style="all" items_per_page="10" show_filter="" element_width="4" gap="30" orderby="date" order="DESC" filter_source="" filter_style="default" filter_align="center" filter_color="grey" filter_size="md" button_style="rounded" button_color="blue" button_size="md" arrows_design="none" arrows_position="inside" arrows_color="blue" paging_design="radio_dots" paging_color="grey" loop="" autoplay="-1" item="none" design="1" grid_id="vc_gid:1443442503019-eb4fd29a-dae8-5"]

can you advise how I can get the feed fixed in the mean time while we work out the visual composer?

    Thanks,

    Robyn

    Hello,

I’ve checked VC editor on your site and it’s working:

Please try to check it in another browser.

Hi I tried to create an FTP login but must not have worked. the other login in the same areas is for the cpanel access which you can get to the file manager there and see and edit any files. does that help?
