Visual Componer not work (backend and Frontend)

Good morning is an excellent template with many features, but does not the composer visual, ie, in frontend editor not just loaded (it is bearing the logo of visual) and the editor backend ignored, can do click on “add element” in “add text block” in the “+” in Choose your layout … etc … does not work.

I’ve desinstado everything and reinstalled with the wordpress version 4.0, I’ve tried other templates and it works.

Hello,

Frontend editor may not work in our theme as there are a lot of heavy elements that can’t be loaded via that editor. We recommend you to use backend editor instead.
Please provide us with FTP credentials as well to check the issue with backend editor.

Good morning, I have seen that is already operating the Backend Editor, but ignores the layaout, ie, appears all in one column.
I guess watching it madness, because yesterday did not work the backend editor.

If you need to install everything from the beginning, I would say.

Good afternoon, everything has already been arranged, cleaned all history, etc …

Now I have two problems:

1- Sometimes I do not load the site, remains with the background image and not just by loading the box, also if I put it in wide. A passing quite the same spot, any page that you may refresh failure usually appear.

2- I get a php error in the website “Warning: call_user_func_array () Expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, no array or string Given in /home/deleitsushi/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php online 505 ”

Thanks, I think that apart from these two errors, the theme works correctly.

I have two errors, you add links.

1- Do not load properly the website, only the background. It happens sometimes.
2- I set the php error in red, appears in all the pages.

I installed templates and other fails.

Hello,

Now the latest version of the theme is v. 1.5. Also you need update WooCommerce plugin.
After updating try to disable plugins one by one and check your site.

It does totally random, just have to go browsing menus, blog, my account, basket, etc …. and suddenly it does.
