View related products of the same primary (sub)-category

Hello, I have a problem with related products.
I would like the related shown to be of the same primary category as the product displayed.

Example:

Parent category
– Child category (set as primary category)

In the product sheet, the correlates should be extrapolated for the same “child category”.

I read on the forum and set in XStore Options under Primary Category “Child category” but nothing changes…

How can I fix?

Related products come from WooCommerce plugin functionality – https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/ , our theme doesn’t affect them.
If you want to do changes, we would recommend you contact WooCommerce support – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/
