Topic: view product page blank

The product group display page does not appear with the items. As well, there are no options for you to select from the items. When clicking on view the grouped product, the page is in white
Theme version: 7.2.3
WooCommerce version: 4.9.0

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product builder > either disable Single product builder https://prnt.sc/wmlc6i and use one of pre-created layout or create product layout you need using builder elements https://prnt.sc/wmlby9

It was not clear to me where I configure this product page. It only appeared once, after I disabled single product, but I don’t know where this option really changes the page. But after I closed, this page configuration no longer appears.

Hello,

If you disable Single product builder then you can find single product settings in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page.
If you want to use the builder then enable builder and build your single product using builder elements (drag and drop them to the necessary areas, edit elements settings).
