“View More” Link Not Appearing in Product Filters on Category Pages

    Hello 8Theme support,

    I’m encountering an issue with the product filters on category pages — for example:
    /produits/boutons

    I’ve configured the filters to display only 7 terms per product attribute, with the “View X more” link enabled to reveal the remaining terms.

    However, on the front end, I can only see the first 7 terms, and the “View more” link doesn’t appear at all.

    I’ve tested different settings: when I disable the “View more” option, all terms do show up — but I’d like to limit the number of visible terms initially, as I have many filters and want to keep the layout clean.

    Could you please help me resolve this issue?

    Hello,

    Thank you for your work, but unfortunately the issue still isn’t resolved on my end.

    I still see a maximum of 7 terms per attribute filter in the filter panel on category pages — the “Show More” link does not appear.

    I tested again with the settings in XStore > Shop Page Filters.
    – When I disable the Toggle_show_more_filters option, I can see all attribute terms (as shown in the attached screenshot).
    – But when I enable this option, only 7 terms are displayed (as expected), but the “Show More” link still doesn’t appear (see second screenshot).

    Could you please take another look?

    Hello,

    My mistake — after clearing the browser cache, everything is working perfectly again.
    Thank you for your help.

    One last question though:
    What about my customers’ browsers? I obviously can’t ask them to clear their cache manually.
    Will the cached scripts be automatically refreshed for them with the next XStore theme update, or is there something I should do on my end to ensure they get the latest version?

    As far as we can see, you are using WP Rocket cache. Please note that after performing an update, it is essential to clear the cache. Additionally, if you are using a CDN, its cache should also be cleared.

    Regarding the cache stored on the user’s side, it is typically retained for a few days and then automatically cleared.
