  Hi,

  This is a strange issue because the problem is only occurring on my clients side. I have a video background row with no overlay (link to page: https://jackspremium.com/) and it looks fine on my end, see here: http://prnt.sc/ee5sqt. However, my client is telling me that the video is so dark he can barely see it, please see his screenshot: https://jackspremium.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/unnamed.jpg

  I am working on getting his environment details right now, I was just wondering if you knew what might be causing the problem. I appreciate your help!

  Hello,

  I see the video properly too.
  What OS and browser is your client using?
  Does the issue persist if he check in different browser with the same OS?
