VERY VERY URGENT: Last multi-problem version

    Hello at all.

    I work with the Royal theme and until today I was very satisfied.
    But since the new version of the theme and the new version of WooCommerce,
    My site is no longer working properly.
    Several serious problems appeared and impossible for me to set them.
    I put you all in private content with screenshots of my site.

    1) There is a layout problem on the “Order” page.
    There is an overlap of the “Delivery address” block in the layout.

    2) There is a problem with the Stripe payment gateway
    (Currently disabled, since it does not work well),
    I receive the following error message:

    “Please enter your card details to make a payment.
    Developers: Please make sure that you include jQuery
    And there is no JavaScript error on page “.

    3) Unable to modify products.
    The “variable” and “attributes” functions in the product page load indefinitely.
    I have to update the page to return to normal.
    So impossible to add new products
    Or modify existing products.

    4) There is a problem with Master Cursor which never updates with
    The new vesion of the theme and WC.

    5) There is a problem with the “https”. The WC report,
    Tells me that my site and my transactions are not secure,
    While I have an SSL certificate related to my hosting.
    I checked with the host of my site.
    There is a contradiction that I do not understand.

    6) There is a problem with translations. Not all are supported.
    Here too I made checks, is everything is Ok (software used is Poedit)

    These are problems that I did not have before updating the theme and WC.
    I have found on the forum the solutions to my dysfunctions
    But without any result.
    I even reinstalled the old version of WC version: 3.0.1, but nothing changes.
    I look at all the WC settings, but everything is OK.

    Hello,

    Please provide us with wp-admin and FTP credentials in private content area.
    Very likely, DB was updated by woocommerce, so you can’t correct downgrade version without using backup.

    Hello,

    1. Please add this code in Theme Options > Custom css:

    .woocommerce-checkout .step-title:after {
        display: none;
    }
    .woocommerce-shipping-fields {
        margin-top: 20%;
    }

    2, 3. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront theme – official WC theme and check if this problem persists when default theme is activated.
    Try to disable 3-rd party plugins. Then check.
    Let us know the result.
    4. This question is a bit unclear. Could you please clarify us with more details and provide a screenshot?
    5. Please enable SSL certificate on your site, so we could check the problem.
    6. Try to update your translation .po file as described here http://betterwp.net/wordpress-tips/create-pot-file-using-poedit./ (the section “Updating a .po (and .mo) file”).

    Getting back to product creation, the problem when creating a product is that I can not modify or create new products.

    For creating a new product: I can not insert attributes to the product, such as size or color, for example.

    And for existing products: it is impossible to modify the function of variation, and thus modify existing stocks.

    For both functions: variation and attribute, the page loads indefinitely without ever stopping. I need to update the page to stop the process.

    As for the SSL certificate, it is included in my hosting, and supported by the OVH company. I checked with them and it is active. Maybe it needs to be activated manually on the site itself, but in this case, I do not know where it is.

    Finally, you ask me to disable 3-party party plugins. Then check. But I do not understand what are “3rd party plug-ins”.

    The Stripe error message is : Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.

    – I’ve insteled Storefront. Go to Appearance > Themes > activate Storefront theme and check if this problem persist. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only and works fine with Storefront. In this case, provide screenshot of problem, please.

    – I’ve checked it and saw the same situation with official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins, products got working.
    Now I’ve activated them back. Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin to v 3.16.10 https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/page/2/.
    3rd-party plugins means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins.

    In fact there was a problem with one of my plug-in, and now all product functions are working normally.

    However, I still have a problem with HTTPS. I changed my URLs in the WooCommerce parameters, but the percist problem.

    What is curious, what the HTTPS is set up in my WordPress interface and not on my site.

    You can open a console in a browser and see problems with Mixed Content http://prntscr.com/ez1pjz, so you need to resolve these. Please, re-add the mentioned images to fix the issue.

    I reply following your mail. For now everything is fine with my theme, and the problems have almost all been corrected. There is only the STRIPE payment platform, but I have not yet activated it on my site. So there’s no need to talk about it for now.
