VERY URGENT! Slider Not working! & error -license is being used somewhere else!

    Hi,
    The slider is not working on my website. After a lot of investigations from myself and a new developer, we think it is the license issue. I purchased a license in 2015 and it currently says on my website with this license is being used somewhere else. I have not used this license for any other websites, but i think it could possibly be developers that i have used in the past that i didn’t know very well. They may have used it for their sites. Because i have a lot of traffic going to the website i have bought another license for quickness. My developer is currently changing our license over to the new one purchased on the 4th of September. Please, can you urgently help.

    1) Can you tell me which other sites are using my code purchased in 2015? and can you stop them from using my code if they are doing it unlawfully.
    2) can you tell me why the slider is not displaying? is it the license issue.
    3) How can i get a refund on one of the purchased codes? I only need one

    Hello,

    First of all, provide link to your site, temporary Dashabord and FTP access to your site to check if all the necessary plugins are installed and what options you set up and version of your theme.
    After that we’ll be able to proceed with the license question.

    Hi, my developer has just given me an update.

    “There is something wrong with the theme. When I switch to a different theme it loads the page, but when I switch back to royal it breaks the page.
    I would really recommend you contact the developer of the theme so they can look into it.”

    Please can you take a look at this urgently.

    Maybe it that was some kind of cache or something. I have checked your site today and don’t see issues with sliders.

    Hello,

    In addition, the license can’t be the reason of the carousel error. We checked the license and it’s valid and you can use it for the other project. But if you want to get a refund for the first license then submit refund request here https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
