Very slow page - by eryogeshsingh - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi all,
we are using your theme since more than 6 months and still we are fighting against a slow website. It does look nice but it´s not working fast. Any updates in progress?

One more thing is, that prices in the shop don´t change automatically when customers switch between different product options.

Hello,

The issue of price change is caused by incompatibility of WooCommerce Subscriptions plugin with the theme.
Please take our apologies but we don’t provide support for 3rd-party extensions.

You should create variable products and add attributes to them with different prices, so they can be switched.

Slow loading is caused by some images http://www.webpagetest.org/result/160520_17_JYT/1/details/ . Try to optimize them

So all in all you are saying your thema doesn´t work with woocommerce subscription, right?

Hello,

We mean that our theme is fully compatible only with those plugins that are included in the theme, you may test other plugins as well, please understand that we can’t check all available plugins (there are plenty of them).
