Hello,
1) Could you provide temporary wp-admin access?
2) Could you record a video?
Regards
Sure. In che private content area….
I (sometimes, not always) have the same issue with revolution slider not displaying the correct size, but on reload, it seems fine. Please share the fix, when available 😉
Hello,

Use Stretch row instead of the stretch row and content for the row where you use full-width slider https://prnt.sc/1h06cyb
Second problem, the page category is very slow to load.
1) Optimize images and use correct type, for example, compare the size of the image from your site in png and jpg, before and after optimization https://prnt.sc/1h09q6s
Read this post and follow the instructions https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/speed-wordpress-save-images-optimized-web/
2) Use cache plugin. I have enabled the W3 total cache but you can also try NitroPack plugin. Compare results of your site
before https://gtmetrix.com/reports/stampaidea.com/dvxLT2AZ/
after https://gtmetrix.com/reports/stampaidea.com/WLpgFYix/
3) Disable all the plugins that you don’t really use because every additional plugin calls scripts and styles and slows down the page speed.
4) Use CDN

Thanks for the reply. Before installing your theme I had another theme with the same plugins, same photos and same server and the site was super fast. I read in the forum that you recommended using W3 for caching, but it doesn’t solve the problem. The problem is your theme. Is there no way to optimize it? Thus it is unusable for customers.
Sorry, your theme is not for me.
Please refound me.
Hi Dareius,
thought I’d share my experience with you.
I’ve loaded your website a few minutes ago. I’m based in a little town along the coast of Holland, western Europe.
I have to say, your website, pretty much loads INSTANTLY. Of course I don’t know where you are browsing from, nor did I check where the site is hosted, but from a user experience standpoint, your site performs incredibly good.
Cheers,
Bas

Hello,
Besides, if you compare speed test results of your site:
with our theme B 83/92 fully loading time – 3.8s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/stampaidea.com/WLpgFYix/
with new theme that you use – A 93/87 but fully loading time 7.4s https://gtmetrix.com/reports/stampaidea.com/nnu6r73i/
So, don’t blame that our theme is slow.

I’m sorry, but my reference site is not GTMETRIX but Google Page Speed and the results are very different.
I’m sorry, but you should do your homework before bashing people who go out of their way trying to help you.
And please note: I’m NOT an Xstore employee, just a (happy) customer who’s dealt with my share of issues developing our website, learning on the go, with the help of these folk (one of the reasons we chose Xstore is because of their optimized-for-performance template while leveraging all of the functionalities needed to run an e-commerce platform)…
Hello, @Dareius
We gave you refund.
