Vertical Menu > Drop Down is behaving abnormally

In my website, drop down menu in vertical menu is behaving abnormally.

1. When I hover on parent menu, sub menu suddenly appears and disappear.
2. When I click on parent menu, sub menu is shown, but when I take my mouse cursor on it, it takes jerk.
3. When I take my mouse cursor on right side of sub menu panel, it continuously jerks and appears then disappears and so on.
