VC problem on "some pages" - by ctrimde

Hello,

some of my pages have disappeared completely. They are now blank. When i try to edit them- i do not have the visual composer option- but it comes up very weired at the bottom. I dont know what to do- since i cannot edit them. If I add a new page- visual composer does come up. The following pages are corrupt…please urgently help:

etc…

pretty much ALL of the pages under the MAGAZINE header (but ART and Editorial)…

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version and Woocommerce as well.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .

Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

Dear jack,

urgent- we updated all- and problem persists- please log into our site and see whats wrong..
all the above subpages are now in blank and VC- is not working on this pages in the backend-…our site is NOT functional…

What php version are you using?
Please ask your hosting provider to set it to 5.4 version.

please specify – have you deleted “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/legenda/ before update, reuploaded it from a new theme zip and updated all required plugins?

Hello Jack,

I have – redeleted it- all plugins are updated-all themes are updated- and the problem precists!!! please have a look at this, once you are locked in with the credentials below:

this is the example url in the backend- THERE IS NO VISUAL COMPOSER:-(

this happens in many pages…but i gues if you find the problem in this page- we can fix the rest. This does not happen if i create a new page. Please try to help.

Hello,

Visual Composer editor isn’t shown because of some plugins. Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check editor after that.
