VC addons map not showing on website (contact us)

please help as i need to place a full width map

When installing the theme, for some reason the demo contact page did not install

Please, contact administrator
for this information.

Hello,

Your site isn’t loading, there is an error “Server not found”.
Please check if your spelled your site name correctly.

Hello,

Home page is set back to the previous one.
Also I’ve removed this code from Google Map element > Info Window tab:

Hello,

I’ve selected Full Width in the settings of Google Map element of Visual Composer > Map Width Override.
Please check Contact page and clear browser cache before.

I have cleared cache and even used different devices
The maps were visible for a while but not anymore, please see http://www.johninnovations.co.za/contact/

there is just empty white space where the map is supposed to be
