Please, check if the problem persists with default Woocommerce theme Storefront.
Also, update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and try to disable all 3-rd party plugins and check then.

The problem had to do with the theme and WPML.
For any future cases like this one, the simple solution is written here, by adding some lines in functions.php:
