Hi,
We’re trying to use variation thumbnails instead of the normal dropdown menu on a product page, but we’re having a few problems. We’re using the plugin https://www.woothemes.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/, but you click the swatches on our site, they get disabled and nothing happens.
The main product thumbnail should change, and the Add to Basket options should appear, but instead nothing does.
I’ve enclosed a link to a sample product page in the private notes, along with another example of the plugin working on a different theme.
Any ideas? I’ve spent the last hour disabling all templates and resetting them back to Woocommerce originals but nothing seems to work. Conflict with some other JS or plugin?
Thanks.
Hello,
Please take our apologies but we don’t guarantee full compatibility of 3rd-party plugins with the theme.
This plugin isn’t compatible with Classico.

Eva Kemp.
Hi Eva,
Do you know what bit of JS is causing the conflict? We can possibly disable or remove it from the code ourselves.
Everything can be worked around.
Chris.
I’ve used a different plugin which does the same thing.
For anyone else trying to achieve the same thing, this plugin works:
http://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-color-or-image-variation-swatches/7444039
But this one doesn’t:
https://www.woothemes.com/products/variation-swatches-and-photos/
Happy configuring 😉
Hello,
We’re glad you’ve found the alternative.
Have a nice day.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
